Today I AM an Author!

I submitted my work for Copyright Feb 2015, was approved June 2015 & received my certificate in the mail TODAY: Feb 5, 2016. Well, no matter how long the process is & the agonizing wait, it's certainly a great feeling getting a letter from the Library of Congress, & knowing "I am an Author".

For those who told me "you're not a writer!" and for our illustrator, Christine Gambelunghi, who told herself "I'm not an Artist"....

Those who love and support you, always have and always will. Those who don't, never did. Some days you might take quantum leaps, and some days it might be baby steps, as long as you're moving forward, you're in the right direction! Believe in yourslef and just take action.
